From the day of placing an order, the expected delivery time is 7 to 10 business days (Monday to Saturday). The delivery time will vary depending on where in India the delivery address is. Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 to 4 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday but not on public holidays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking link. Please use this link to track your order during the time your order is being shipped.
We currently only accept domestic orders in India. We do not accept any international orders.

Returns, exchanges & refunds
All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of your order being delivered.
Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of a product defect or quality issue, the customer receiving the wrong product or product damages caused by the courier partner. All refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday to Saturday).
Exchanges are only accepted for size changes of the same product originally purchased. Exchanges are not accepted for another design in the same product category or against any other product across our website.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your product must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all its labels and tags completely intact.
To initiate a return, please email us photos and/or videos showcasing the issue to support@2foreignersinbollywood.com. If your return request is approved based on the pictures/videos, we will assist you in booking the return shipping of your product.
